14th December 2021: Xiamen Tungsten Group (XTC) announced that the company is set to acquire a 100% equity in Bobai Judian from Shenwei Mining Co. Ltd at RMB 301 mln.
Located at Bobai County, Guangxi, Bobai Judian owns the mining rights to the Youmapo tungsten and molybdenum deposit (660 ktpy designed mining capacity). The mine is as yet undeveloped, however, XTC will make a mine construction plan with designed mining capacity of 2,000 t/day and start construction immediately after the acquisition. Mining construction is scheduled for 30~36 months.
