Tsingshan Group is negotiating with China Baowu Group regarding sales of eight of its NPI production lines with total annual capacity of 500 ktpy in Morowali Industrial Park (Tsingshan Industrial Park) in Indonesia.
The deal is expected to be between USD 3~4 bln, with transaction terms including final payment, personnel arrangement, operations mode and other details under discussion at present.
