Sinohydro Bureau 6 Co. Ltd, under the Power China Group, has won the rights to develop the Telimele bauxite port project in Guinea.
The project, schedule to be completed in 30 months and with a total value of USD259 mln, comprises construction of port, loading/unloading facilities and other affiliated buildings. The port has been designed with four berths of 10 kt, three of which will be dedicated for bauxite, with the fourth to be a multi-functional berth for other commodities.
