28th May: Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong issued “Notice on Energy Conservation Supervision of Key Industries“. The notice provides details about supervision of the implementation of energy consumption quota standards in five key industries during 2019. Industries included are steel, cement, primary aluminum, plate glass and coal. Shandong Nanshan, Xinfa and Weiqiao are involved in the energy savings supervision scheme.
