MNR: In 2022, the reserves of China’s strategic emerging minerals such as lithium, cobalt, and nickel have increased by 57%, 14.5%, and 3% y-o-y respectively. Jiangxi’s lithium reserves have surpassed Qinghai and Sichuan to become the largest in China, accounting for 40% of national total. In 2022, 94.5% of the total lithium resource increase in China was contributed by Jiangxi.

In 2022, reserves of copper, lead, and zinc increased by 16.7%, 7.1%, and 4.2% y-o-y, respectively. Reserves of ordinary fluorite and crystalline graphite in non-metallic materials increased by 27.8% and 3.5% respectively y-o-y.
