JXTC recently brought its new generation smart ore separator online. The separator can dress useful ores and separate waste rocks from raw ores, with particle sizes from 10 mm~100 mm. Maximum ore processing capacity is 160 t/hr.
Test runs of the machine have been completed at tungsten mines including Dajishan, Piaotang, Dangping, Tieshanlong, and Pangushan Tungsten. JXTC is now rolling out machine installation and commissioning at several major mines. When the machine is operational, a large-scale tungsten mine with 800 ktpy mining capacity can achieve a recovery rate over 97%,consequently reducing dressing costs by 30.04%.
