Jinchuan is the largest producer of nickel and cobalt and nickel sulfate in China, and at present has 50 ktpy nickel sulfate capacity. With increasing demand for nickel sulfate in batteries, nickel-base materials are under the spotlight and domestic producers are seeking to produce battery materials from nickel laterite.
