Fugu Dongfanghao Magnesium Industry Co., Ltd. is building a 100 ktpy high-performance magnesium alloy project in Fugu High-tech Zone, Yulin.
The facility includes magnesium smelting, alloy production, die casting, extrusion and recycling units, with a total investment of RMB 3.86 bln (6.9% for environmental protection). The Shaanxi Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment has approved the project, provided all proposed environmental measures are implemented.
This project includes a 100 ktpy primary Mg production line with large-diameter vertical retort technology.
