China Customs: China imported 8.88 mln t of bauxite in December 2019, up 23% m-o-m and up 23% y-o-y. Australia was the largest bauxite supplier to China with 3.73 mln t. Guinea is in second place with 3.23 mln t exports in December 2019.
China imported 406.9 kt of alumina in December, up 96.77% m-o-m.
